Summary

  • Rewrote hero H1 and subtext for clarity and social proof
  • Improved CTA hierarchy: "One-click setup" (primary) vs "Set up with AI instead" (secondary)
  • Rewrote footnotes to be more honest and less generic
  • Updated signup chooser modal copy with social proof
  • Bumped font sizes on chooser grid titles, subtitles, and step labels
  • Increased inline chooser section font sizes on tablet
  • Replaced inaccurate "Trusted by 1M+" in extension promo with "Top-rated on Chrome Web Store"

Test plan

  • Verify hero section copy renders correctly on mobile and desktop
  • Verify both CTAs lead to correct flows (GitHub auth vs AI prompt)
  • Verify chooser grid copy and font sizes in both inline and modal contexts
  • Verify signup modal copy when clicking "Sign up" header button
  • Verify extension promo value props after completing onboarding
